Fees and Scholarships
The family participation fee varies from year to year. This can be
paid in a lump sum initially or paid in installments from November to
March. Specific fee information will be given during the informational
session on September 30th and October 2nd.
The Participation Fee includes:
- Round-trip airfare
- Food, lodging, and transportation in Latin America
- All project related supplies
- Training materials and workshops
- Supervisory Project Staff
- 24-hour emergency contact when in-country
- International medical insurance
Additional Cost:
- Immunizations and medical examinations
- Passport/visa fees
- Personal items, such as cot, medications and mosquito
repellent/netting.
Scholarships:
Partial scholarships are available from the International Office as well as the Austin Chapter based on proven financial need. Information on scholarships is provided during the informational sessions.
